Review ideas
Is there a provider you want covered? Tell us which one and we will put it through the same process as everything else on this site.
Corrections are just as welcome. If a price has moved, an audit has been published, or a detail here is simply wrong, name the page and the detail — we will check it, fix it, and update the review date.
Partnerships
If you represent a VPN service and want to discuss working together, get in touch. We are open to affiliate arrangements with providers we can cover honestly.
Factual corrections from providers are handled on the same terms as anyone else's: send the documentation and we will check it.
What we cannot help with
We are not a VPN provider and have no access to any provider's systems. Account problems, billing disputes, refund requests and technical support all have to go to the provider directly — we cannot see your account or act on it.
Please do not send us personal data
Worth saying plainly on a site about privacy: we do not need it, and we would rather not receive it.
Never send account passwords, payment details, subscription credentials or copies of identity documents — not to us, and not to anyone who emails you claiming to be us. Nothing we do requires any of it. A correction needs a page and a fact, nothing more.
Before you write about a price
One thing worth checking first: VPN pricing often differs by country, by promotion, and between an introductory rate and the renewal rate. If the figure you are seeing is different from ours, it may be both of us looking at genuinely different offers. Mention which country you are browsing from and it saves a round trip.
